I/We do hereby consent and agree that St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, its employees, or volunteers have the right to take photographs or digital recordings of my/our youth (listed above), beginning August 2024 and ending August 2025 and to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of highlighting or promoting youth group events. I/We further consent that my/our child’s name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary. OR I/We DO NOT consent to St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, its employees, or volunteers taking photographs or digital recordings of my/our youth (listed above) to use in any and all media.
